When I met T, he couldn’t cook anything. He didn’t know how to turn the stove on or boil water. Now, he’s a regular cooking machine.
This is his mexican themed dinner for some friends we had last night. Homemade refried beans, spicy black beans, enchilada sauce, vegetables and rice pilaf and lime cilantro chicken. It was delicious. :)
