And just because I was all “I have lots-o-recipes”
Here are a few I’ve made in the last few weeks:
Walnut loaf (sounds disgusting, looks bizarre, tastes DELICIOUS)
Veggie Lasanga (yum. Great flavour)
Jalapeno-red bean burgers (Impossible to keep together. I add way more jalapeno than it calls for but I like spicy)
Spicy Vegetarian Chilli (really good. REALLY hot)
Kimchi...
